'Design for Education' -
RIBA Charette with Uxbridge High School
Wyatt MacLaren were delighted to be chosen to participate in this one-day event for young Architects working in educational design. The event was organised by the Young Practitioners' Panel of the RIBA. Fifteen Architecture practices were chosen to participate through competetive submission. Fifteen primary and secondary schools also attended the event, which explored innovative and collaborative design , focusing on the relationship between Architect and end-user.
Sadly, Uxbridge High School were unable to attend on the day due to the heavy snow. Wyatt MacLaren therefore worked in conjunction with other schools and communicating with the school via a telephone interview. We look forward to meeting with Uxbridge High School directly in future.
