New build two form entry primary school built on the site of an existing school. The project was built in two phases to enable the existing school to remain in operation on the site.
The scheme included a nursery and was designed to include provision for children with hearing Impairments.
The cross section was designed to provide high level clerestory glazing to the internal corridor and roof lights to the rear of the teaching rooms to enable cross ventilation and good natural lighting. All classrooms were designed so that pupils have direct access to the play area.
